Return Procedure:

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product only.

• The product must be returned in its original brand box, intact and undamaged.

• Shipping fees apply according to the product’s weight and type.

• Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse by the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

• Any payment processing fees will be deducted based on the payment method used.

If you want to exchange a product:

• The maximum period for exchanges is 3 days.

• Exchanges can be made for a different color, model, or product.

• Shipping fees for the exchange apply according to the product’s weight and type.

• The product must not be used, and all labels must remain intact to approve the exchange.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.

• If the package is opened or the product is used, 15% of the product value will be deducted, and the customer bears full shipping fees.

• Exchanges are not accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse (e.g., breaking, improper use) by the customer.
